You will be instructed to wear the at-home Whitening trays for two weeks before coming to the office where we will apply a much stronger Whitening gel. This will give you the whitest teeth we can produce. The Whitening gel will be placed on your teeth at least twice for 10 minutes each. The appointment takes about an hour. For two weeks after your appointment, be careful to avoid ingesting any colored foods or drinks like coffee, red wine, sodas, red-sauced spaghetti or pizza, etc.. Even using a straw is not advisable.
